Orders & Delivery

All Bread & Milk products are delivered digitally.
Files are not available for instant download.Once your order is placed, your files will be prepared and delivered via email within 3 business days.
This timeframe allows for file setup and any included name customisation.
If you haven’t received your files after 3 business days, please contact us so we can help.
Customisation

Where customisation is included, it is limited to:

  • Updating the business or brand name only

No additional revisions, design changes, or layout adjustments are included unless clearly stated.
Please note: changing the name may slightly affect the overall look or layout of the logo or design. This is expected and does not indicate a fault.
Ownership & Licensing

All designs, files, templates, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Bread & Milk.
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the files for your business.This means:

  • The designs are not exclusive to you
  • The same or similar files may be sold to others
  • You do not own the design
  • You may not trademark any logo, design, or element provided

Bread & Milk retains full ownership of all creative work.
Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files
  • Claim the designs as original or exclusive
  • Trademark or register the designs
  • Use the files to create competing branding products
  • Modify the files beyond their intended use
Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of the product offering
  • Personal preference
  • Delays caused by incorrect information supplied
